Like I mentioned in the first post about Aaron’s senior session, he was looking for some true fall foliage, but the leaves weren’t quite turning by the time we met for Part 1, so we decided to split the session in two. For the second time that we met for half of his session, I had scoped out places that still had some fall color. Unfortunately, all of my regular places had most of the fall leaves already off of the trees because of a frost and snow that we had a week earlier.
Lucky me, I had been hiking in Garden of the Gods with my dog several times and found what I believed to be was the last spot with some gorgeous fall colors. Aaron, his mom, and I went there for the second half of his session, and these photos have ended up being some of my favorite from the whole season. There were reds, yellows, browns, and oranges all in this one little spot along a hiking trail in Garden of the Gods. It was perfect!
