Towards the end of the senior photo season last year, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Mary. We met on a weekday evening at Garden of the Gods, and it was beautiful, quiet, and the lighting was absolutely perfect peeking through the trees. I can’t say enough about how I love weekday sessions, mostly because there are so many less people at the parks and feels calming during the session because of it.
Mary was the first senior to test out the pop-up changing tent that I invested in, and it was perfect. She was able to seamlessly go between outfits for her session. I loved that she had a variety of outfits from casual and cute to more formal and elegant. Even just with outfits, seniors are able to show pieces of their personality through their clothing choices. Feel fun and free some days and more reserved and professional others? No problem! Choose outfits that show all of this!
I hope that Mary is making the best of her senior year. With the end of the school year for the class of 2020 being so uplifted, I hope that she knows that whatever happens, she will overcome this and move on to continue to do great things with her life. Chin up, seniors, and go forth to do great things in the world like you are destined to do.
